The Visiting Nurse Associations of America (VNAA) is a national association that supports, promotes and advocates for community-based, nonprofit home health and hospice providers that care for all, regardless of condition or ability to pay.
My work for the VNAA focused on the connections that the non-profit helped to foster throughout VNAA’s many member organizations. In the 5 years I worked with the VNAA, I created, designed, re-designed and enhanced a growing network of websites. Additionally I was called upon to design and produce marketing collateral in support of various initiatives, and publish a weekly newsletter. (see also VNAA’s Chronic Care Clearinghouse and the CHAMP Program)
In December 2007 VNAA moved their office from Boston to Washington DC. I developed a serieis of ads, flyers and postcards to highlight the move and promote continued member involvement.
Support materials for various VNAA events.
VNAA needed a website that could host a large amount of information and they wanted it to be in a “newspaper style”. This 2004 re-design focused on two different audiences—members and non-members— highlighted VNA achievements, and incorporated sponsored content. Design no longer current.
One of the publications I designed while working with VNAA. The cover represents the three areas represented in the guide: clinician and patient education, storage and acquisition of vaccine and supplies, and policy development.
